Details:
Pretty white flannel flowers are an Australian native which are much-loved in my part of the world.
To make these post earrings, the shape of a flannel flower has been cut out by hand in sterling silver. The centre of the delicate flower has been given an eye-catching beaten finish with a doming punch.
A matte white-ish finish has been applied to the pendant, while the beaten centre still sparkles.
The earrings are secured in place with sterling silver butterflies (or scrolls).
