Japanese etch pendant - leaves
This sterling silver pendant has had a beautiful Japanese leaf design etched into the surface and then been blackened. The exposed silver has then been given a slightly brushed but still quite shiny finish.
You will find that this pendant has a really lovely light weight to it – I have one of these pendants of my own and always enjoy wearing it.
The pendant is suspended on a soft green piece of natural silk thread which is finished with a handmade silver clasp and other findings.
The sterling silver pendant is approximately 5.5cm (2”) long and 1.3cm wide (0.5”). The length of the neckpiece is 43cm (17”).
I can generally change the length and the colour of the silk thread – either contact me or you can include a note when you checkout.
The thread is designed for use with jewellery making and can be washed – and even ironed if required.
Note that I individually handmake all of my jewellery. The item you purchase may differ slightly from that photographed. This is part of the beauty of handmade work – no two pieces are ever identical.
