Ordering & payment

Ordering

When you are ready to place your order by checking out, you will be taken to a secure server on www.shopify.com.

At the first step you can securely enter your address and email details. At the second step you will be given the shipping cost for your order and will be given the option to choose any alternative shipping options.

At this stage you will also be able to enter in a discount code if you have one.

Finally you can then proceed to pay for your order via Paypal, where you can use either a credit card or a Paypal account.

Note that you can cancel your order at any point up until you enter your payment details into Paypal.

Requesting changes to your items

As explained in some of the listings for my jewellery, you can request some alterations. If the alterations are minor as indicated in the listing for the product you are purchasing (such as changes of colour or length), please leave a note for me with the details when you checkout or contact me asap after placing your order to let me know.

If the alterations are more complex or are not mentioned in the listing, it's best to contact me to discuss this before ordering.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Paypal, however, you can opt to pay using your credit card via Paypal rather than needing to have an account.

Payments made via Paypal are secure and at no time will your credit card details be disclosed either to myself or to Shopify.com, the hosts of my shopping cart.

Note that if you pay via a Paypal account which has insufficient funds, then an echeck (or echeque) will be generated. These generally take several days to clear and as per Paypal's instructions I will be unable to ship your order until the funds have cleared into my account.

Payment by direct deposit from Australia

If you are in Australia, I also accept payment by direct deposit in Australian dollars into my bank account.

If you would prefer to pay this way, please contact me prior to ordering for my bank account details and for the current amount in Australian dollars for the item/s you wish to purchase.

Note that I will be unable to post your order until funds have cleared into my account, which usually takes a day or so.
