Ordering

When you checkout you will be taken to a secure Shopify server. Shopify is a PCI Compliant web-based shopping cart, which provides you with a high level of security. Learn more.

Once you are ready to proceed with checkout, at the first step you will enter your delivery address and contact details - your delivery address can be different to the contact/billing details you provide.

At the second step you will be able to select a shipping option based on your delivery address. You will then be given the total cost for your order. At this stage you will also be able to enter in a discount code if you have one.

Payment

Once you have finalised your details in the shopping cart, you will then proceed to pay for your order via a secure Paypal server, where you can use either a credit card or a Paypal account to complete payment. Note that you do not need a Paypal account to complete your purchase.

You can cancel your order at any point up until you finalise your payment details in Paypal.

Payments made via Paypal are very secure and at no time will your credit card details be disclosed either to Simone Walsh or Shopify. You will also have the protection of Paypal should anything go wrong with your order.

Note that if you pay via a Paypal account which has insufficient funds and which isn't linked to a credit card, then an e-cheque will be generated (or an e-check if you're in the US!). These can take several days to clear and as per Paypal's instructions we will be unable to ship your order until the funds have cleared into our account.

Payment by direct deposit from Australia

If you are in Australia, we also accept payment by direct bank deposit in Australian dollars.

If you would prefer to pay this way, please contact us prior to ordering for the bank account details.

Note that we will be unable to post your order until funds have cleared, which can take a day or so.

Requesting changes to your items

If the alterations are minor as indicated in the listing for the product you are purchasing (such as change of necklace length), please leave a note with the details when you checkout or contact us asap after placing your order.

If the alterations are more complex or are not mentioned in the listing, it's best to contact us to discuss this before ordering.

Sending an order to a gift recipient

You can opt to have your order sent directly to a gift recipient. Items are always sent wrapped and an invoice/receipt is never included.

If you would like to include a note to the person receiving the delivery, please enter it into the additional information box when you checkout.
