Returns

Of course I want my customers to be happy, so if for any reason you would like to return your purchase from me, you may.

However note some limitations apply and you are required to contact me first.

General returns

I'm happy to accept returns of general stock items for any reason if you contact me within 14 days of placing your order. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you and earrings in particular must not have been worn.

Return of custom-made items

Items you have asked me to custom make or extensively alter for you cannot be returned.

Postage costs

Unless the return is due to an error on my end, postage costs cannot be refunded and you will also need to pay for return postage for any exchanged items.

Faulty items

Faults are very rare, but if you wish to return an item due to a fault with the product, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this. Note that such returns generally cannot be accepted after three months of purchase, by which time any faults should be apparent.
