Please note: all orders are sent from Australia, but are delivered to customers all over the world.

Delivery costs

Within Australia:

Standard delivery is free within Australia!

However, you can choose to upgrade to Express Post (see below) or to add a small carbon offset contribution which will be donated to Carbon Neutral in Australia.

Delivery options are provided prior to completing checkout once you have input your delivery address details. You will be given the total cost of your order before you make your payment.

Outside of Australia:

The delivery cost for most individual items outside of Australia is $4.40 (AU) to New Zealand and $5.80 (AU) elsewhere in the world.

You can also opt to add a small carbon offset contribution which will be donated to Carbon Neutral in Australia.

The final international delivery cost is determined by your location and the size of the items purchased. A small number items (eg. cufflinks) need to be sent at more expensive parcel rates due to their size and this will increase the cost of postage.

Turnaround time

We aim to have orders posted within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Items which are made to order or need alterations may take longer - there are notes about this in the item listings for made to order items. If there is a delay for any other reason we will contact you.

Delivery within Australia

Standard delivery within Australia is free!

Items are posted from the Adelaide hills in South Australia. Orders are sent by Australia Post, using regular post or Express Post within Australia.

Delivery within Australia is usually within 2 to 6 business days by regular post to most locations. If you are in Adelaide it is most often the next day.

Delivery will be next business day if using Express Post if your delivery address is within the 'guaranteed next business day delivery network' from postcode 5241 - learn more. If you are not in the guaranteed area, we find that most Express Post items still arrive the next day more often than not.

Delivery outside of Australia

Items are shipped from the Adelaide hills in Australia and are sent to customers all over the world.

Delivery to developed countries outside of Australia generally takes around 3 to 8 business days, but please allow extra time if international post tends to be slow to arrive in your location and also for possible checking by customs officials in your country.

Orders are posted by Australia Post, using airmail for deliveries outside of Australia.

Express delivery

For delivery within Australia you can choose to upgrade to Express Post when you check out. Delivery by Express Post will be the next business day after posting, provided your delivery address is within the 'guaranteed next business day network' from postcode 5241 - learn more.

If you're not in the guaranteed area, we find that most Express Post items still arrive the next day more often than not, but otherwise the following business day.

Outside of Australia we have not included options for express international courier as these costs are generally very high (generally upwards of US$70) and can vary a great deal by destination.

Packaging

Most orders are shipped in small boxes which both protect your purchases and should be thin enough to fit through a standard letterbox, meaning you are less likely to need to make a special trip to pick up your order. This also helps keep postage costs down.

If you order several items or some of the few larger pieces on sale, the box used will need to be larger.

All jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper to help protect it. This wrapping is also suitable when sending jewellery directly to a gift recipient.

Sending gifts

You can have your order posted directly to a gift recipient.

You will be able to enter a different delivery name and address to your billing details and can also indicate that this is a gift being sent directly to the recipient when you checkout.

In addition when you are checking out you can include text for a note you would like sent along with your order.

All jewellery comes wrapped in a way that is suitable for a gift. We don't include an invoices or receipts with orders to save on paper waste.

Tracking

Tracking of parcels is not available within Australia without paying exorbitant courier charges.

Missing deliveries

Generally deliveries are reliable within and from Australia and it is very rare for items to go missing in transit.

However, if an item you have ordered has not arrived after 8 working days within Australia or 12 working days outside of Australia, please contact us.
