This beautiful Victorian-inspired cameo pendant is made entirely from sterling silver which has been etched with a lovely damask pattern.
For each earring, a woman's profile has been cut out by hand in etched sterling silver and soldered to a slightly domed panel of etched silver. For the profile, the recessed areas of the pattern have been blackened before the raised areas have been gently sanded back to give a shiny silver finish.
The oval-shaped background also has the same damask pattern etched into the surface. The background has been entirely blackened, but is also given a slight sheen, creating a subtle but beautiful texture.
The pendant is suspended from a delicate sterling silver chain with handmade findings.
The chain is approximately 43cm (17") in length. If you require a different length, just leave a note when you checkout and I will change it for you.
