These earrings were inspired by a beautiful and delicate native maidenhair fern plant - one of my favourites.
The leaves have been cut out by hand in sterling silver which has been hammer beaten to give it an organic texture and shape. They have been given a matte white-ish finish.
The earring panels are suspended from handmade sterling silver hook ear wires. The panels swing eye-catchingly as you move.

- Panels size: approximately 1.3cm (0.5") at their widest point and 2cm (0.8") at their tallest.
- Earrings size: the ear wires are approximately 2.4cm (0.94") tall and 1cm (0.4") at their deepest. The overall length of the earrings including the ear wire is 4.2cm (1.65").
